What Viet Medical Travel is
We are a healthcare, wellness and lifestyle concierge service. We help people understand their options, ask better questions, and organise the practical side of a trip.
We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practice or health service provider, and we do not employ doctors, nurses or other registered health practitioners in that capacity.
We do not give medical advice
Nothing on this website, and nothing we say to you, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. None of it is a substitute for advice from a qualified health practitioner who knows your circumstances.
Using this website or speaking with us does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Decisions about your health are between you and your treating practitioners. Never delay seeking medical advice, or disregard advice you have been given, because of something you read here.

Third-party providers
Any hospital, clinic, practitioner, interpreter, accommodation or transport provider we help you engage is an independent third party. We do not control them, supervise their work, or accept responsibility for the care, treatment, services or facilities they provide.
Your agreement for treatment or services is with that provider, not with us, and their own terms, consent processes and complaint procedures apply. We will share what we know about a provider, and we will not present anything as confirmed unless we have checked it.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee any medical or cosmetic outcome, the availability of any provider or appointment, any particular price, or any waiting time. Availability, providers, inclusions and costs are confirmed individually before anything is committed to, and can change.
Fees
Any fees for our concierge services will be set out and agreed with you in writing before those services are provided. Fees charged by third-party providers are separate, are set by them, and are payable to them.
Information on this website
We aim to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. It is general in nature and does not take your circumstances into account.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- giving us accurate and complete information
- your own medical decisions, made with your treating practitioners
- your travel arrangements, visas and entry requirements
- obtaining travel and medical insurance suitable for what you are doing, and checking whether it covers planned treatment overseas
- satisfying yourself that you are fit to travel
Enquiries and privacy
Please send general enquiries only, and do not include diagnoses, medical history, medications or medical records in the website forms. How we handle what you do send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of third-party providers, from your reliance on general information on this website, or from your travel or treatment decisions. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the relevant service again, or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, images and design, belongs to Viet Medical Travel or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State or Territory of Australia in which Viet Medical Travel is based, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
